Internazionale will try to beat their city rivals AC Milan in their last game this year. The Milan derby is always interesting and that will be the case this time also. The teams are of similar quality, so the outcome will be hard to predict. However, that means the bookies will have to give high odds.

Inter are high on the Serie A table with 28 points. The good form at the start of the season brought them to the 5th position, but there recent run doesn’t give them too much encouragement. Since the early November, the Nerazzurri are winless, with three draws and one defeat. For the game versus AC Milan, they will have to do without their attacking midfielder Ricardo Alvarez, who is suspended. But that won’t bother Inter manager Walter Mazzari as the rest of his team is eager to get back on the winning track.

AC Milan face several injury problems ahead of this game, especially in the offensive department. El Shaarawy and Robinho are out, leaving Balotelli and Marti the only attacking options. Also, the team captain Ricardo Montolivo is suspended, so AC Milan manager Allegri will have to make slight changes in the squad.

As always with the Derby della Madonnina, the outcome is uncertain, but my vote for the better team goes to Inter.
